Privacy Notice

Last updated: August 2026

This notice explains what data ToTheNextPlay collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It is written to align with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP).

Who Is Responsible

ToTheNextPlay is the controller of the personal data collected on this site. For any question about this notice or your data, contact florent@tothenextplay.com.

What We Collect

We keep data collection to a minimum:

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies & Consent

When you first visit, analytics cookies are switched off. They are only set if you select "Accept" on the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which will make the banner appear again.

We use Google Analytics 4 with Google Consent Mode, configured so that no analytics storage occurs before consent is given. Google acts as our processor; data may be processed on Google's infrastructure subject to its own safeguards.

Legal Basis

Analytics processing relies on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) / nFADP equivalent). Responding to your enquiries relies on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a coaching agreement.

How Long We Keep It

Analytics data is retained by Google for the period set on our account (up to 14 months) and then deleted. Emails and enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and any coaching relationship that follows.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email florent@tothenextplay.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner; in the EU, your local authority).

Changes

We may update this notice from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
